Commercial License Krempelhose Ally

Are you planning to sell or produce small series based on my patterns for private or commercial use? You can purchase a business license for this purpose here.

- Please note that a separate business license must be purchased for each pattern. For some patterns you can also find discounted combination licenses.

- With this license you are authorized to sell up to 40 copies of your products per month that were made based on the e-book “Krempelhose Ally” by moeve.design.

- The license is unlimited in time and is only valid for the “Ally rolled-up trousers” pattern. The e-book must be purchased separately.

- Mass production is not permitted.

- The liability and warranty for the finished product produced from the e-book lies with the licensee.

- When selling, the source must be stated. The moeve.design brand and the name of the cut must be mentioned in the product description: on online platforms in the description text, on markets on a special sign or on the label.

- The licensee undertakes to comply with all legal requirements, such as the textile labelling requirement. The license is only valid for the shop specified below and is not transferable. Please enter your shop name and the sales platform in the field provided.

- The invoice for the purchase of the license for the pattern specified in the invoice as well as the invoice number serve as proof of the license.

- The distribution or reproduction of the pattern is still not permitted.

- If this license term is violated, the license will terminate immediately.
